Checking the notice board in your college could be one of the easiest options to find an accommodation in London. It is because they are all directed at the students, so they are likely to be reasonably priced. There might be a fellow student who is looking for a room mate. Or there might be a student who is going away for some time and needs a replacement. Then again, there might be an elderly person living in the area that wants to have a young person to rent a room for free in exchange for taking care of her/him.

You have to check it everyday as a person can place a new advert any time of the day... And if the offer is good it goes quickly! So don't hang around thinking about it - call straight away!!!

The notice board is the place for averts 'for students by students'. So if you happen to find a beautiful room with an extra bed in it and you cannot afford it, put an add on the college notice board! At least you can make a new friend with whom you have one thing in common to start with - your college!
